  • Begin your experience with a curated box of paper swatches, print samples, and finishing touches—everything you need to envision your suite with clarity and confidence.

  • Your invitation, details card, RSVP card, mailing envelope, and RSVP envelope—all designed from the ground up, exclusively for you.

  • Hand-drawn illustrations or motifs that reflect your story—venue sketches, florals, monograms, or meaningful symbols crafted with quiet depth and intention.

  • Guest and return addressing printed to match your suite for a seamless, polished finish.

  • Every element of your suite is assembled by hand—liners installed, ribbon tied, wax seals placed—so your invitations arrive beautifully finished and ready to mail.

Custom wedding stationery is quoted individually to reflect the scope and materials of your project.

Custom design investment begins at $1500, with most couples investing between $2500-$3500 for a full invitation suite.

This includes:

  • Fully custom design from scratch

  • Personalized wording and layout refinement

  • Professional print preparation

  • Guidance on paper, print methods, and finishes

Printing, envelopes, and embellishments are quoted separately to provide flexibility and transparency.

Creating your wedding stationery should feel intentional, personal, and effortless. The Evergreen & Faye custom process is designed to guide you from first inquiry to finished heirlooms with clarity, artistry, and a little bit of magic along the way.

Below is an overview of what you can expect when we create something entirely your own.

  • You’ll begin by reaching out through the contact form with your vision, inspiration images, and desired pieces. From there, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your style, priorities, and the story you want your stationery to tell.

    Timeline: 1 week

  • Based on your needs, I’ll prepare a detailed proposal outlining your suite, materials, printing methods, and investment. Once approved, a retainer secures your spot in my design calendar.

    Timeline: 2–4 days

  • This is where your vision becomes tangible. I’ll sketch, design, and refine your custom artwork—venue illustrations, botanicals, monograms, or any element that feels meaningful to your story. You’ll receive digital proofs and two rounds of revisions to perfect every detail.

    Timeline: 3–5 weeks
    (Additional time may be required for complex illustrations or specialty printing.)

  • Once your suite is finalized, your files are prepared for print. This step includes paper ordering, specialty finishes, and hand-crafted elements like wax seals, ribbon, and envelope liners.

    Production Timeline:

    • Digital printing: 1–2 weeks

    • Letterpress & foil: 3–4 weeks

    • Handmade paper, custom artwork, or assembly-heavy suites: 4–6 weeks

Most custom suites require 8–12 weeks from inquiry to completion, depending on materials, printing methods, and the season. Rush options may be available upon request.
